What Do I Do if I Have Too Much Stuff?

Getting started is almost always the hardest part and so is simplifying. The 3S Method starts with Simplifying because once you get the ball rolling, you can usually keep pushing it. Simplifying is decluttering items that don't serve our current selves. If you're to the point of 'I have too much stuff!!!' then it's time to start letting some if it go. Perhaps you've not thought I have too much stuff but felt like you're covered up in clutter or you house is bursting at the seems with stuff, different words but similar thoughts/feels.
When you're too the point of feeling like you've got too much stuff, start decluttering somewhere non-personal. I almost always start in the kitchen because it's a less mental weight space for me. It's the opposite of photos or sentimental items that can be connected with feelings and memories so I start where it's mentally lighter. Decluttering can be hard enough without emotions getting involved.
Another area you could start in is one that doesn't feel too cluttered up but could use some simplifying. If you craft room feels out of control with clutter but the office isn't too bad, start in the office. Personally, it would be hard for me to start with the spare room because I keep a lot of my extra containers, DIY projects and random craft stuff in there. If I started there it would feel like too much of too much. The office though, that's less complicated because the space is more focused in use and simplifying things out of there wouldn't feel as heavy on the emotions of interest.
The goal is to shift away from the feeling of 'I have too much stuff!' toward a less overwhelmed one.
